William Joseph "Art" Herald Sr., 72, of Troy, died Friday April 10, 2015 in Troy. Born in Cohoes, NY on August 21, 1942, he was a son of William and Mary Herald. Survived by his wife of 54 years Catherine, his children: William (Carla) Anita (Howard) Joseph (Jo-Ann) and Dominic. Further survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Art was predeceased by his brother Charles.
