Troy Walter C. Osgood, 71 of 3279 6th Avenue, died peacefully on Friday, August 9, 2013 at his home in Troy. He was the son of the late: Walter and Edith Church Osgood. Walter leaves behind his wife: Marjorie Wescott Osgood, his children: Walter, Jr. of Troy, Jeffrey of Green Island, Edward of Watervliet, Danny of Troy and Marjorie and Evelyn both of Troy, a brother: David Osgood of Albany as well as; grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Walter was predeceased by brothers: Matthew, Sr. and Robert Osgood. At the request of the family no services will be held.
