Troy, NY Raymond E. Hughgill, III, 38, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peters Hospital. Raymond was born in Keene, NH, the son of Raymond Hughgill, Jr., and Margaret Hunt. Raymond was a Correctional Officer with the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. Besides his parents, Raymond is survived by his wife, Tara Hughgill, daughter, Makiah Hughghill and a son, Peter Hughgill, and his sister, Jessica Hughgill. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, a nephew, cousins and his stepbrothers and sister. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering, which will be held at The Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2ndAvenue, (corner of 104thStreet).
