TROY –
Nancy J. Gezzo, 82, of Troy, passed into eternal rest on March 19, 2024 with her loving family by her side.
Nancy was born on November 8, 1941 in Altamont. She was the daughter of the late Keith Knowles and Nina Colyer of Altamont. Nancy was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren over the years.
She is survived by her children: Audrey Vallee of Troy and John (Stephanie) Gezzo, Jr. of Troy as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nancy also had three brothers: Tom (Carol) Knowles, Ronald Knowles (predeceased), Robert Knowles, and one sister Karen Knowles.
Nancy was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her late husband John Gezzo, Sr. Nancy also loved to go shopping, being with her dogs, Ruger & Harley, long car rides and spending time with her entire family.
Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 4-6PM on Monday, March 25, 2024 in the Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street) Troy, NY 12180, where a memorial service will be held at 6pm in the funeral home concluding the calling hours.
