Schenectady, NY- Marquise D. Solomon was born on March 20, 1975 in Brooklyn, NY to Rhonda Massey and Tyrone Yates, he lost his life on June 22, 2015. He was 40 years young. Marquise attended Samuel J. Tilden High School Brooklyn New York. He was very kind and had such a big heart, he would listen to others problems and in return give them good advice. He cared about everyone, but especially kids. His kids were his world. Marquise's favorite color was red. He leaves to cherish his memory his grandmother Phyllis Solomon and his loving children: Cameron, Marquise Jr., Diamond, Deahjanae, Lamont, Jah Quise, Jariq, Keionia, Dezaire and granddaughter Layonna, His siblings Tyrone, Tanisha, Tamsha, Dewan, Tyshawn and his loving wife Kimberley. The viewing will be from 10am until 11am at Greater St. John's C.O.G.I.C., 74 4th Avenue, Albany with a home going service at 11am, both on Wednesday, July 1st. Interment will immediately follow in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
