Valley Falls, NY- Happy Father's Day to our father, John R. Bobar who died on April 22, 2015 at the age of 80. John was born December 28, 1934 and was raised in Troy, N.Y. He served in the US Air force then retired with the Army Reserve. He loved to travel in his RV and did so for many years. He is survived by his wife Linda, his daughter Brenda(Steve) Richard, his son John R. Bobar II, his son David T. (Betty) Bobar, step-sons: Mark Settle and Paul (Gladys) Settle. Grandsons: William B. (Valdene) Richard, James A. (Stephanie) Richard, Alejandro Settle and Granddaughter Elena Settle, as well as 4 great grandchildren: James Richard II, Aimee, Nichelle and Zachary. At this time there are no services planned. Arrangements were entrusted to the Riverview Funeral Home, Inc., Troy, NY No Services are planned at this time
