James F. Ruffer, Jr. passed away on March 26, 2015. He was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on August 31, 1945. He was the son of the late James and Margaret Bevins Ruffer. He married Gail Maloney Ruffer on December 20, 1969. Survivors include his son James (Carla); and two daughters, Anna (Dave) and Christina (Phil) and Grandson Aiden Denney. Jim was a graduate of Cohoes High School and went on to graduate from Auburn University with a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. Served in the US Army and Reserve as a CID Agent and was a Vietnam Veteran. He also worked for the Department of Defense as a Criminal Investigator.
