Hector Luis Cruz III, 37, of Port Richey, Florida, formerly of Albany, New York, entered into eternal life Wednesday December 10, 2014 following complications of a brief illness. Born in Brooklyn, NY on November 6, 1977, son of Maria Santiago and Hector L. Cruz, Jr. Hector was deeply loved by his family and was respected as a highly skilled master carpenter and laborer. Devoted father of Hector L. Cruz IV, Juleesa Cruz, Alexander Cruz; beloved brother of Francisco "Frank" Cruz, Sr., Irma and Milka Arroyo. Hector is survived by his Fiance' Carol Chin as well as several nephews, nieces, great nephews and a great niece. Hector will be reposing on Wednesday evening December 17th in the chapel of the Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street) in Troy.
