TROY - Glen David Campman, Sr., 56, of Troy, formerly of Albany, passed away on February 16, 2022, following a long illness. Glen was born in Albany on December 24, 1965. He was the son of the late Robert and Helen (Sedgwick) Campman. Glen was raised in Albany and attended Albany Schools. He was a lifelong resident. Glen worked as a self-employed contractor before until illness resulted in early retirement. He was the proprietor of C@R Contracting in Albany. Survivors include his son, Glen David Campman, Jr. of Rensselaer, and his granddaughter Tristen Campman. Glen is also survived by his girlfriend of 19 years Lisa Schenmeyer as well as 8 siblings and many nieces and nephews also survive. Besides his parents, Glen was predeceased by 2 of his siblings. Cremation took place through the care of Riverview Funeral Home. Relatives and Friends are invited to call from 4-6PM on Wednesday, February 23rd at Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street) in Troy, where a memorial service will be conducted at 6PM in the funeral home.
