Troy, NY Charles L. Haffner, 76, passed away at his home on July 31, 2020 with his family at his side. Born in Troy, NY on August 11, 1943, Charles was the son of the late, Edward and Louise Negron Haffner. Besides his parents, Charles was predeceased by his wife, Helene Haffner and his brother, Edward L. Haffner. Charles leaves behind to morun his loss, two sons: David (Hope) Haffner and John (Pauline) Haffner, brother, James (Elsie) Haffner, his companion, April Mitchell as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. No formal services are planned at this time.
